Салат из хурмы.

about salads, I'm writing too often - what they so special? I love simple salads with a minimum number of ingredients. Ingredients (number not write everything on the eyes):

mixture of young green leaves
Persimmon
salmon (Or ham, prosciutto, shrimp)
Nuts pine (caramelized walnuts / pecans, etc.)

refill ol. oil + balsamic vinegar / lemon juice

Листья помыть, высушить (страшно не люблю мокрые листья в салате!), выложить на блюдо. Хурму нарезать на 4-6 частей, красиво распределить. Лосось (мне больше всего нравится сочетание хурмы с малосольным лососем, хотя и с хамоном получается отлично) очень тонко нарезать, добавить в салат.
Сверху посыпать поджаренными на сухой сковороде орешками пинии, тертым пармезаном.

Заправить непосредственно перед подачей оливковым маслом и бальзамическим vinegar / lemon, you can with a spoon of honey.
